EMESHA

Emesha became fascinated by the glamorous fashion world quite early, and as so many other girls she started creating several different outfits for Lily, her Rock Star Barbie (80's) ;) but unlike so many other girls, she ended up with several bags of her 'first designs'.

Her journey began when she was given a Paris travel guide with loads of beautiful photos; ever since her travels around the world have become a great inspiration in her life.

She left Hungary at an early age, completed High School in USA where her creative flair was encouraged and developed further. Art has always been close to her heart, and even when she went back to Hungary she never stopped bettering herself. Eventually she decided to come to London, and started her studies at The London College of Fashion.

What could have been the better acknowledgement of her talent, than having been chosen  to work for Vivienne Westwood while only in her first year.

As a fresh graduate she was showcasing her first collection at the Swatch Alternative Fashion Week in London. Soon after she realised that the fashion industry is not at all smooth sailing. She started working for Jasper Conran, gaining invaluable experience working with the Head of Design.

By 2008 as her confidence and ambitions grew, she decided she was ready to face the challenge of setting up her own label.

Emesha is a sporty-luxe label created for young women, who are conscious about the environment and look for wearable luxury smart casuals made of eco-friendly materials.

Emesha is committed to environmental issues. The fabrics used are 100% natural (silk, wool, cotton) therefore fully biodegradable. Emesha's mission is to always look for new eco-friendly materials, use of renewable resources, and recycle as much as possible. Her aim is to source the latest eco-friendly innovations in fabric design and dying techniques to create high-quality and luxurious clothes for modern women.

While conquering the world she has
not forgotten her Hungarian roots. Her whole production is based in Hungary. She is working closely with Hungarian fashion experts  negatively effected by the constant relocation phenomena of MNEs, helping them surviving the present economic climate practising fair wage policy and encouraging others in the industry to follow her steps.

She is unstoppable: NYFW, LFW, Estethica, Vancouver Eco Fashionshow, Japan, just to mention  a few places she is making her mark!!! Click here for latest updates, news and a lot more: KinguSparks
